Carthenia Clark Mann, 95, a native of Beaufort County passed on Friday, July 1, 2022 at her home in New Bern.

Viewing Friday 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM at the mortuary. Ritualistic Service by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Theta Beta Omega Chapter of New Bern will begin at 6:00 PM Friday, July 8, 2022 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel.

Her funeral service is 1:00 PM, Saturday, July 9, 2022 at St Peter’s AME Zion Church 617 Queen St. New Bern. The interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Sulton Mann Jr. of Silver Spring, MD and Kennieth Mann and wife, Gwendolyn of Carrboro, NC; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
