Obituary For Eunice Curry

Eunice Curry was born on August 14, 1931 in Brooks County, Georgia to the late Ira James and Mattie Mobley. After being raised and receiving her education from Salem School in Brooks County, Eunice went on to Florida where she met her late husband Fred Curry Jr, of 50 plus years. It was in that union that seven children were produced. Outside of working for a state hospital for many years, Eunice devoted her life to serving the Lord and taking care of her family. It was on the evening of June 27, 2022 that God called his faithful servant Eunice, home to be with the Lord and she will be forever missed by many.

Eunice was preceded in death by her parents; Ira James and Mattie Mobley, her husband; Fred Curry Jr., her son; Fred (Freddy) Curry III, her brothers; Otis and Roosevelt Mobley Sr, and her sister; Martha (Aunt Dee) Jackson.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories: her children; Cathy Anderson (Terry), Betty Reid (Tony), Michael Curry, Evette Curry, Stephanie Curry, Mark Curry (Tarnicka), her bonus children; MJ Curry (Lelia), Latrelle Wilson (Jerome), Pearline Hill (Ray), her aunts; Thelma and Anna Mae Mobley, and a host of loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that are too many to list but are loved as well.
