Youngstown A homegoing celebration in honor of M. Joyleen Angie Marie Strozier will be held Saturday July 9. 2022 at 11am at the Jaylex Event Center, 2110 Glenwood Ave in Youngstown, OH. Ms. Stozier departed this life June 29, 2022. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10-11am at the Jaylex Event Center.
