David Lee Johnson,79, of Virginia died June 16, 2022 .

His service is 11:00 AM, Saturday. July 23, 2022 at Oscars' Memorial Chapel. The interment will follow in the Hickman Family Cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his former spouse, Sandra Johnson, three daughters, Katera Gallop of Virginia Beach, VA, Juanita (Keith) White-Holloman of San Antonio, Texas, and Diondra Kelly of Virginia Beach; three sons, Jerome (Carolyn) Brown of Warrensville HTS, Ohio, Anthony Nash of Virginia Beach, VA, and Demitrious (Megan) Johnson of Virginia Beach; Dave has 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Dave leaves three sisters, Vender Jordan of Virginia, Jerdine (Augustus) Duncan, and Sadie Ferguson both of North Carolina; three brothers, Cleveland (Kay) Johnson, Willie J (Mary) Johnson and Ronnie (Cecelia) Johnson of North Carolina. Dave also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
