Mrs. Bessie Jane Highsmith Harris, 83, was born on Saturday, August 27, 1938 and departed this life on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

Visitation and funeral services will be held at First Calvary Baptist Church, 1311 Morehead Ave, Durham, NC, on Monday, July 25, 2022, visitation service with friends at 11:00 AM and funeral service at 12:00 PM.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family and friends.
