Mr. Doil Lynch, Sr. was born June 25, 1963, in Gaston County, North Carolina, and departed this life Monday, July 18, 2022, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia, North Carolina.

He was the son of the late Mr. Bruce and Amanda Lynch of Stanley, North Carolina. Doil was a member of Springfield Baptist Church, Stanley, North Carolina. Doil attended Stanley Jr. High School, he participated on the Track and Football team, he also was part of the ROTC program at school. He liked to fish and play cards with his brothers. Doil was formerly employed at Parkdale Mill Gastonia.

Doil was preceded in death by his son, Doil Lackey Lynch Jr., grandmother, Margaret Durrett, brother, Dexter J. Lynch, and sister, Amanda Lynch.

Those left to cherish his memories are his children, one son, Brandon Henderson, Stanley, NC; two daughters, Aundi Lynch McGruver (Marquis) of Lake Wylie, SC, and Megan Lynch of Gastonia, NC; three grandchildren: Heziah, Aunest, and Taeyoung. ex-wife, Lorraine Zoeller of Gastonia, NC; four sisters: Beverly Shannon of Mt. Holly, NC, Cynthia Lynch, Valeria Lynch (Eugene) of Stanley, NC. Vanessa M. Thomas of Indianapolis, IN; five brothers: Bruce Lynch III (Dianne), Kenneth Lynch (Bartina), Audrey Lynch (Angel), all of Stanley, N.C, Bobby Lynch (Sharon) of Monroe, NC, and William Lynch (Kia), and one adopted brother, Robert Hewitt all of Gastonia, NC; two Aunts, Margaret Woodson and Mary Alice Durrett, both of Indianapolis, IN; one uncle, John Durrett of Indianapolis, IN and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Funeral on Monday, July 25, 2022 at Springfield Baptist Church, Stanley at 2:00 with thirty minute visitation before the service

Interment: Springfield Church Cemetery
