Obituary For Loula Brown Scales
Loula Brown Scales, 69, of Reidsville, NC passed July 19, 2022. Public viewing will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC from 3:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Mary D. Perry Memorial Chapel (Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC) with the funeral service beginning at 2:30 p.m.. Interment will follow at Citizens Cemetery, Madison, NC.
Loula Mae Brown Scales was born April 6, 1953 to John Edgar Brown and Pearl Idella Roberts Brown in Reidsville, NC. She departed this life to rest in enternity Wednesday, July 19, 2022 at Moses Cone Hospital, Greensboro, NC.
Loula was preceded in death by her parents, John Edgar Brown and Pearl Idella Roberts Brown, son, Kenny Oliver, brothers, Willie Brown and Charles Brown and sister, Mary Alverson.
Loula was born at Annie Penn Memorial Hospital in Reidsville, NC and raised in Rockingham County her entire life. She attended Charles R. Drew High School. A few of Loula's favorite things included spending time with her family, dancing and fishing. She was friendly to everyone she encountered and always wore a smile. Loula's favorite saying was "I love you more".
Priceless memories of Loula will forever be etched in the hearts of: daughters, Tracey Oliver of Summerfield, NC, Kelly Oliver Reynolds of Kernersville, NC, Tammy Cummings of Madison, NC, Tanika Johnson of Raleigh, NC, and Kristy Oliver of Myrtle Beach, SC; sons, Walter Oliver of Reidsville, NC, and Victor Oliver of SC; grandchildren, Brandee Cummings, Yolanda Oliver, Tristan Oliver, Victor Reynolds, Tanisha Reynolds, Alvin Reynolds,Jr., Deshum Reynolds, Jatavian Reynolds, Perry Cummings, Jr., Mercedes Cummings, Deonte Cummings, Latrica Green, Trey Green, Nakiyah Green and Shanette Lawson; sisters, Josephine Cummings and Stella Cummings of Asheboro, NC and Beulah Graves of Reidsville, NC and Michael Brown of Los Angles, CA and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
