Mrs. Jean E. Wells passed away July 12, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Memorial service is scheduled for July 30, 2022 at New Mt. Zion M.B. Church Jackson, MS. at 10:00a.m. Saturday, with burial at Garden Memorial Park Jackson, MS.

Jean wells was a friend and a neighborhood mother. So much fun and laughter and good eats were shared in her home. She would always let me know when she had baked a cake or a potato pie because she knew her sweets were my favorites. She was a fixture in my life from my childhood to adulthood that I could rely on for encouragement and guidance. She will be missed very much....but never forgotten.. Diane Harmon
