A Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Waters will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 1:00pm; Willie A. Watkins Historic West End Chapel, 1003 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd Atlanta, GA 30310.

A viewing will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 from 2-6pm at Willie A. Watkins Historic West End Chapel.
