Memorial service for James Williams 64, will be Thursday, July 28, noon - 2 pm at Anniston Funeral Service Chapel. Mr. Williams passed away on July 21, 2022.

Survivors include his children: Marquitta D. Williams, Latoya P. Windham and James D. Williams; grandchildren: Kanadre, Khamarri, Kalayshia, X'Zavier, Azaria, and Zion; his siblings: Lenora Safford, Betsy Walker, Mary Safford, John Safford, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Smith and Rosie William-Safford, his wife, Evengeline Ware Williams, daughter Kimberly Pope, siblings, Henry and Roland Safford, Wanda Clay and Rosie Cato.
