Obituary For Laura Bell Richardson

The funeral services for the late Mrs. Laura Bell Richardson of 902 12th Street, Tifton, Georgia, who departed this life on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. from the Greater Faith Ministries, Ashburn, Georgia. Burial will follow in the Greater Faith Ministries Cemetery, Ashburn, Georgia. Mrs. Laura Belle Richardson Laster was born on June 24, 1943 in Lenox, Georgia to the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest, Sr. and Mary Lee Johnson Richardson.

She was educated in the Turner County Public School System. Early in her life, Laura gave her life to Christ and joined the South Ashburn Holiness Church. In the year 2000, Laura moved her membership to Greater Faith Ministries, and remained a faithful member until her health began to fail.

Laura was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. James Laster of Ashburn, Georgia.

Our Loved One’s life upon this earthly realm came to a close on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia. Her parents and a daughter, Crystal Richardson Martin, have all preceded her in death.

Laura leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband, James Laster; her daughters, Dianne Richardson, Tracey (Anthony) Gipson, Minnie (James) Curry, Kimmie Martin (Quarnelius) Newberry; her sons, Lamar Richardson, Willie James (Stephanie) Richardson, Daryl Laster, Terlonzo (Christy) Martin, Sheldon P. Laster; nine stepchildren, thirty-one, grandchildren, six, great great grandchildren; sister, Beulah Daniels; brothers, Johnny B. Richardson, Nathaniel Richardson; an aunt, Ethel Lee Harris,
