Obituary For Thomas Warren

We celebrate the life of Thomas Jeffery Warren, 61, of Harrisburg, he transitioned into eternal life on Thursday, July 21, 2022 in his home.

He was born in Susquehanna Township, son of the late William and Shirley (Warren) Thomas. Tom grew up in the Community of Edgemont and later moved to Harrisburg and he attended schools in the Susquehanna Township and the Harrisburg School Districts. He spent a great deal of his adult life working construction as a drywall hanger. He could hang with the best of them. Tom enjoyed sports and was die-hard Lakers and Baltimore Ravens fan. He enjoyed watching the games with family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing and playing challenging board and card games. Tom will be sadly missed. He had an easygoing spirit, outburst of laughter and an infectious smile. And let’s not forget his favorite saying: “What’s Wrong Which-CHA!” In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Warren; his grandmother, Florence Warren; his grandfather, William Warren and his uncle, Thomas Goodson, Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Shaniece Brown; his stepson, Robert Brown; his brothers, Edward Ogden, Earl, William, Sr., Larry and Milton Warren; his sister, Sherrie Warren; his aunts, Relda Abadom, Wanda Warren and Edith Jackson; his uncle, Terry Warren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Tom, we love you and you will be greatly missed.

Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Psalm 23:4

The Service of Committal will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at William Howard Day Cemetery.
