MR. LANE EUGENE FARMER, SR. – Age 67, of Trion, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022. He was born on March 18, 1955 to his parents, the late Clarence and Cornelia Price Farmer. He was preceded by his son, Lane Eugene Farmer, Jr, brothers, Clarence, Melvin, Michael, Aubrey, Lannie, and Craig Farmer, one sister, Fran Marilyn Farmer.

Survivors are his wife of forty-two years, Sandra Sichr Farmer; daughter, Misty Farmer, Kanisha Farmer; brother Homer Farmer, Jerrell Farmer; six grandchildren, one great grandchild; uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service for Mr. Lane Eugene Farmer, Sr. will be Friday, August 12, 2022 at 3:00 P. M. at New Bethel Baptist Church, 281 Georgia Avenue, Summerville, Georgia 30747, with Pastor Kevin Roach, officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service.
