Obituary For Anthony Lee "Tique" Stafford, Jr.

The funeral services for the late Mr. Anthony Lee Stafford, Jr. who departed this life on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 12;00 Noon from the Madison Avenue Church of God By Faith, Ashburn, Georgia. Elder Dr. Larry Coffee, Pastor, will deliver the Eulogy. Burial will follow in the Westview Memorial Cemetery in Ashburn, Georgia. Mr. Anthony Lee Stafford Jr., “Tique”, was born in Ashburn, Georgia on October 5, 1979, to proud parents, Mrs. Patricia Harris and Mr. Anthony Lee Stafford, Sr. Anthony was educated in the Turner County Public School System and graduated from Turner County High School in 1998. After graduation from high school, Anthony was a faithful and loyal employee of International Papers (ExoPak) in Tifton Ga. for 21 years. Anthony accepted Christ as his Savior while being a member of Madison Avenue Church of God by Faith in Ashburn, Georgia. He was a very loving father to his children Ayannah Stafford, Jardyn Stafford, Baylee Stafford, and Taylar Stafford. A devoted father, brother, cousin, uncle, nephew and friend, Anthony was loved by many in his community and at his place of employment. He became a role model for the young and some older men as they watched him perfect his skills as their barber. Anthony was a wonderful co-worker, a family man with a beautiful smile and he had a heart of gold. Anthony was called to Heaven on August 13, 2022 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Mr. Samuel “Sambo” Lee Hampton Sr., Mr. Roy Stafford, and his grandmother Mrs. Bessie High, all of Ashburn, Georgia. Anthony is survived by and leaves to cherish his memories his children, Ayannah Stafford, Jardyn Stafford, Baylee Stafford, Taylar Stafford; his parents, Patricia (Vincent Sr., “Pops”) Harris, Anthony Lee (“Ma” Lena) Stafford, Sr.; his grandmother, Vinnie Hampton; his brothers, Vincent Harris Jr., Zikeith Wimbley; his sisters, Sharon Stafford, Tekela Stafford, Tameka Stafford, Zhylia Hampton, special aunts, Lisa Hampton, Romaine Hampton, Ada High; nephew, Jarius Vail; niece, Harmony Harris; best friends, Mikey Hall, Demetrius Holmes, Chuck Riggins; and a numerous amount of aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.
