Mary Lee Montgomery Lemon, 97, widow of Thomas Aaron Lemon, died Monday, August 15, 2022, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter SC. She was born November 13, 1924, in Vance, SC, a daughter of the late Pickney and Alice Butler Montgomery.

Public viewing will be held from 4:00PM til 6:00PM Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church Street, Manning, SC.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, August 21, 2022 at Mt. Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 5918 SC-260 Manning, SC. Rev. Carnell Witherspoon, Pastor, presiding, Rev. Dr. Lewis Walker officiating, Minister Robert Nelson, Sr., Rev Cortell Woods and Minister Roberta Pendergrass assisting. Burial will follow in the church yard cemetery.
