Leilani Simone Rochelle Frazier, age 23, of Athens, GA passed August 15, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at The Chapel of Jackson-McWhorter Funeral. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 2-6PM at the funeral home.

She will live on in the hearts of her daughter Skylar Anderson, mother Syleen Frazier (Athens, GA), father Jack Franks (California); sisters Ayanna Powell, Dora Franks, Jai-anna Franks, Nevaeh Franks all of California; brothers Malik Bond-Frazier (Athens, GA), Jack Franks Jr., Demario Franks both of California; grandparents James and Jacqueline Frazier (Athens, GA); aunts Asheley Frazier, Adrienne Frazier both of Athens, GA, Joan Hill, Jeanette Moore, Lisa Moody all of California; uncle Joe Franks (California); special loved ones Leanna Hubbard (California), Dedra Smith (Arizona), Cheree Smith, Jasmine Hubbard, Brandon Hubbard all of California, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
