MILLER - Phillip Miller a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on August 17, 2022. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 1PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue. Mr. Miller's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 from 4-7PM at the CHAPEL.
