Mr. Everett Lee Compton, 87, of Cincinnati, OH, died on August 22, 2022 at Fairfield Mercy Hospital.

Mr. Compton was the son of the late William M. and Mary Compton. He was a construction worker who loved watching wrestling, traveling and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph, William L., Arthur W. , and Carl T. Compton; one sister, Mary L. Compton and one granddaughter, Alexis Compton Whittle.

He is survived by one daughter, Rosalie Compton Williams of Cincinnati, OH; two brothers, James Compton of Radcliff, KY and Johnnie Compton (Sandra Johnson) of Louisville, KY; three sisters, Mattie Groves of Elizabethtown, KY, Barbara Simpson (Willie) of Hodgenville, KY and Anna Jennett (Darrell Bradley) of Lexington, KY; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; special friends, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service is 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at Percell & Sons Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in the Mt. Union Church Cemetery in Green County, KY.
