More than anything, she loved spending time with her family and sitting on her front porch. Hattie Mae loved music and was a great dancer. She was the life of the party and lit up every room she entered with that beautiful smile. She spent countless hours cooking, sewing and enjoying her grandchildren and her neighbors.

Hattie Mae's legacy will live on through the family. She leaves to rejoice that she is in her Father's house and to treasure her memory are her children: Henry Davis, Jr. (Angeline), Jennifer Morgan (Otis), Belinda Morris (Kelly), Vernester Griffin (Carl), Thomas Davis and LaTysha Weaver. She also leaves her aunt, Mary Ellen Lawrence Adams and Sister-in-law, Emma Lawrence, Sixteen Grandchildren, Ten Great-Grandchildren, Six Great-Great Grandchildren and Five Godchildren. There are a host of other relatives and friends to cherish her memory.
