Obituary For Betty Jean Oatis

Mrs. Betty Jean Oatis, 68, of Collins, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at Asbury Hospice House, Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

She is the daughter of the late Geroff Bournes and Ellawese Hicks and was a member of Prentiss First Baptist Church.

She was a disabled laborer who loved playing cards, shopping, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Memorial services are to be announced.

She is survived by: sons, Johnny Pittman of Conroe, TX, Jonathan Pittman and Tony Pittman both of Columbia, MS; brothers, Larry Hicks and Jimmy Hicks both of Prentiss, MS; sisters, Mary Lena Hooker of Prentiss, MS; Brenda Washington of Hattiesburg, MS; grandchildren: 4.
