On Friday, September 2, 2022, Wallace L. Robertson 56, of Patrick Henry Ave., Axton, VA, transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life at SOVAH Health-Martinsville. Born February 9, 1966, in Virginia, he was the son of Roxie Robertson, and the late Leonard Tinsley.

Wallace was employed by Keeco Industries as a laborer for many years.

Those left to cherish his memory include: his wife, Pamela Penn Robertson of Axton, VA; his mother, Roxie Robertson of Axton, VA; two stepsons, Jamel, and Rel both of Axton, VA; sister, Jeana Robertson of Martinsville, VA; brother, Gregory (Donna) Robertson of Greensboro, NC; and a host of uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation services will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at the C.R.V. Memorial Chapel at Hairston Funeral Home with Bishop James Perkins, Eulogist. Burial will follow at the Lampkin Family Cemetery, Axton, VA. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Hairston Funeral Home between the hours of 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. In accordance with the CDC, a face covering, and social distancing is required. Other times, the family will be receiving friends at the home of his mother, Roxie Robertson, 150 Patrick Henry Ave., Axton, VA. The family ask that when visiting the home that you would please observe all COVID 19 guidelines.
