Obituary For Jonathan Fitzgerald "Burger" Burse

MR. JONATHAN FITZGERALD “BURGER” BURSE – Age 57, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022. He was born February 20, 1965. He was a graduate of Dalton High School class of 1983. He worked for R. L. Gas Station and later worked for Shaw Industries and Tandus Flooring. He was a talented artist and drawer. He also enjoyed fishing and bicycling. He was preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Fitzgerald “Rambo” Smith, father, Joe Spencer Burse, III, and sister, Joann Burse Lumpkin.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Brandy Michelle Burse; son, Josh Fitzgerald Burse; grandchildren, Kamari Burse, Jayveon Burse, Alex Quinones, Noah Quinones, Nyla Quinones, Kyli Burse, Kamaria Burse, Kysan Burse, Cade Mascote, and Janae Griffin; mother, Anna Lee Manning Burse; siblings, Allan (Dale) Steele, Bevearly (Angie) Burse, Veronica Rena Burse, Michael (Stephanie) Burse, and Miraum Makeba Burse; aunt, Hazel (Ronald) Hunter; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 4:00 P. M. at Willis Funeral Home Chapel, with, Dr. Thomas Hall, Eulogist and Dr. Jerry D. Jones, Presider. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
