Obituary For Dora Harris

Dora Townsend "Snowball" Harris, 78, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022.

Funeral service 12:00 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2022 at the New Morning Star Church of Christ, 225 S. Glendale Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 with Pastor Audrey McCarter Hedgepeth, officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.

Visitation 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2022 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801.

Love you Mom, I will truly miss you so much. I quiet don't understand when I came to see you the other day you did not tell me you were sick or having been feeling bad. But it is OK. I know now that you did not want me to feel sad. I know you love me and trying to protect me because I am nothing but a bucket of water when it comes to you. I miss you already and is hurting me on the inside, but I pray that I will be OK. Because of the days we shared together was fun and happy times we laugh we had strong conversation together about life and I know you have always wanted the best for me.
