Obituary For Lewis Fambrough Smith

Mr. Lewis F. Smith, 65, of Madison, Georgia transitioned to eternal rest Monday, September 12, 2022.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 1:00PM at Calvary Baptist Church, 184 Academy St, Madison, Georgia 30650.

The interment will take place immediately following the service in the cemetery of Fairview Cemetery, 100 Center Street, Madison, GA 30650.

A public visitation will take place on Friday, September 16, 2022; beginning at 4:00pm - 6:00pm at Bernard's Family Funeral Care "The Madison Chapel" 1086 Ward Road Madison, GA 30650.

"Mask are required at all gatherings"
