My heart breaks for Franky's family in the time of loss. I was among the fortunate to have met Franky and Rubystine in the late 1960's at school in Wilson. I was always amazed at the strength and courage Franky and Rubystine brought to their lives and the lives of those of us around them every day. I always considered Franky one of my favorite and cherished high school friends. I regret the lack of time we failed to find each other again over these past almost 50 years. Frank coached my high school basketball team to the intramural championship in 1974 "The Munchkins". It was a blast. I do wish Rubystine and family all the strength and love in the world. Although never said, "Franky I loved you always from afar". Mark Crain
