Leroy Maxwell, Jr., 57, of New Bern died Tuesday September 20, 2022 at his residence. Viewing hours Saturday 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Oscar’s Mortuary. His funeral service is 11:00 AM Monday, September 26, 2022 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel 1700 Oscar Dr. New Bern. Burial will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery. He is survived by his daughters, Caprice Maxwell and Naquasha Maxwell; sisters Mildred M. Ayers, Clarino Rawls both of Jacksonville and Annie Maxwell Joyner of New Bern; three grandchildren.
