There is a little hole in my heart today. Charles, we met more than 25 years ago while working at OES. You became known to me as Party Man Charles and I was O. You showed us how to party party for free at all the spots in NYC. Or you threw your own parties for your friends. You had such a big heart that you shared with all and I will miss you dearly. Forever your friend.

Remembering all the times we spent together hanging out at your moms house, partying after work, those were some great times. That laughter of yours was contagious, you will be missed. My deepest condolences to the family . Rest In Power Brenda & Family

Charlie, I remember the 1st day we met over 40 years ago in college. It like it was yesterday. You always had a smile and heart filled with endless laughter. Over flowing with unselfish Love! So many wonderful times we shared over and over the years. I can remember just a few weeks ago having lunch with you in NJ. You had the same joy even up to the painful end. I will always remember and cherish those moments and memories. Will hold them near and dear in my heart. Rest well and enjoy you peaceful journey! Love Patrick
