Obituary For Mr. Roosevelt Middlebrooks

Mr. Roosevelt Middlebrooks passed on Saturday, October 8, 2022. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 1:00 P.M. until 4:30 P.M. at Trice Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Pine Grove Cemetery. Pastor Milton Goggins, Eulogist Trice Funeral Home of Thomaston is in charge of all professional services. Please keep the Middlebrooks family in prayer. Mr. Roosevelt Middlebrooks was born to the late Mrs. Florence Napier Middlebrooks and the late Mr. Emmett Middlebrooks on September 27, 1933, in Yatesville, Upson County, GA. He was educated in the Upson County School System. Like most men during his time, when Roosevelt became of age, he sought employment and went to work. He was employed by Frank Binford Construction as a builder. He also worked at the Peerless Mill. He was a very hard worker and was faithful to his employers. During his leisure time, Roosevelt enjoyed visiting his family and friends, watching television, listening to the news and cooking. He was able to prepare his own meals up until his time of passing. Roosevelt was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Henry Calvin Middlebrooks, Robert Lee Middlebrooks, Edward Middlebrooks and Charlie James Middlebrooks. On Saturday, October 8, 2022, the Lord called his name. He answered the call and went home to rest.

Roosevelt leaves to cherish his memory, three sisters, Mrs. Lillian Spivey of Yatesville, GA, Mrs. Mary Mallory of Thomaston, GA and Mrs. Wynette Wilson of Griffin, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends
