Obituary For Francisco George Pangelinan

Mr. Francisco George Pangelinan, 21, of Radcliff, KY, passed away on October 9, 2022.

Mr. Pangelinan was a native of Northern Mariana, Saipan and the son of Edward Pangelinan and the late Vanessa Alfonso. He was employed by UPS.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his brothers, Ton Pangelinan of Radcliff, KY, Ajay Rafael and Vincent Ngirmekur both of Rapid City, SD; sisters, Shakira Ngirmekue, Lorna Baulehong and Daisy Techur all of Portland, OR; his grandmother, August Mers of Portland, OR; one aunt, Cecilia Alfonso of Rapid City, SD; two uncles, Cilbano Alfonso of Portland, OR and Don Alfonso of Korror, Pulau along with a host of family and friends.
