Mrs. Frances Yvonne Jacobs, 96, of Blackshear, Ga. transitioned this life on Thursday, October 13th at Hospice House in Waycross, Ga. Public viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday as well. Services will be held on Saturday, October 22nd at Church of Christ Written In Heaven on Blackwell St. in Waycross, Ga at 10:00 a.m. The Committal Service will follow at Shiloh Cemetery, 5253 County Farm Rd.,Blackshear, Ga. In Lieu of Flowers you can make donations to, Satilla Hospice and Satilla Bluff Memory Care Center.
