Mr. Parks leaves to cherish his wonderful memories, loving wife Mrs. Sandra Parks; his children, Tilwanna C. Carter (Anthony), Michael S. Parks (Alexcia), Adaline Parks; his grandchildren, Teylor, Dallas, Paris Carter, Naomi Allen; his sisters, Alonia Parks, Renee Cameron, Paris (Thomas), Monica Parks; and a host of other loving relatives, extended family, and close friends.
