Priscilla gave her life to Christ at an early age at Saron Missionary Baptist Church, Polkton, NC.
Patricia graduated from Bowman High School in 1972. She also attended South Piedmont Community College, Polkton, NC where she received her degree as a CNA II. She worked over 20 years being a devoted CNA II at CMC-Union. Priscilla loved to bake, decorate for the holidays, knit and go fishing in her spare time.
Priscilla had 7 siblings in which 5 preceded her in death: Agnes Maness, Levard Maness, Gerald Maness, Joe Maness and baby Rodney Maness of Polkton, NC.
Priscilla was a devoted mother and grandmother. She leaves behind her one and only son, Marcus Terrell Maness and her one and only grandson, Marcus E’Sean Maness of Polkton, NC. Two bonus granddaughters, Myasya Richardson and Emmoria Cuthbertson.
Priscilla leaves to cherish her loving memories to her two siblings: brother, Frank Maness (Annie Ruth) of Polkton, NC and sister, Sherri Maness-Streater of Marshville, NC.
Priscilla leaves behind her loving memories to her nieces and nephews to whom she loved dearly in her own special way: Antonio Maness, James Ryan Maness, Sr., Byron Maness, Tomika Maness, Geneva Michelle Streater, Christopher Maske, Lakisha Streater, Monaca Streater-Marshall, Timothy Streater, Jarvis Maness, Reginald Marsh and Lakisha Marsh.
Priscilla has several great and great-great nieces and nephews whom she loved to crochet for. A host of cousins, other relatives and many friends.
The Homegoing Services will be on Saturday, October 22, 2022, 4:00pm, Saron Missionary Baptist Church, Polkton, North Carolina. Interment will be in the Maness Family Plot of the Church Cemetery.
The Maness Family will greet family and friends on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 3:30-4:00pm at Saron Missionary Baptist Church.
The public viewing will be on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 4:30-6:00pm and on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 11:00am-2:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
