Obituary For Lavone "Von" Gamble

Ms. Lavone Gamble, loving known as "Von" was born in Jefferson County, September 30, 1969 to the parentage of Jennie Thompson Gamble and the late Willie Gamble. She made her transition from labor to reward on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at a Macon Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Hardeman Springfield Baptist Church and Cemetery, 5116 Belmont Road, Louisville, GA. Public viewing will be held Friday, October 28, 2022 from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. At an early age "Von" joined the Hardeman Springfield Baptist Church and attended the Jefferson County School System. She enjoyed traveling had a passion for truck driving. She is preceded in death by her father, Willie Lee {Bud} Gamble; sisters: Patricia Ann Gamble and Bernice Gamble; grandparents: Lottie Mae Thompson, Lucious Gamble, Sr and Betsy Gamble. Left to reminisce the good times are her children; Ronneshia Gamble and Jeanae Gamble, Louisville, GA; her mother; Jennie Gamble, Louisville, GA; her sister: Melissa Gamble Worthen, Conley, GA; three loving grandchildren: Jermiyah Gamble, Conley, GA, Cornelius Moore and Simearia Moore, Louisville, GA; nephews: Gemonte' Worthen, Riverdale, GA and Gejuan Worthen, Conley, GA; great nephew: Gemonie' Worthen, Riverdale, GA; several aunts and uncles: Georgia Stone, Sallie Wright, Dora Bennett, Sophia Thompson, Lena Wells, John Wesley Thompson, Ronnie Thompson, Jonas Wells, As a brother, George Worthen, Louisville, GA: several cousins and other relatives and friends.
