Obituary For Patricia Susan Sanders

( November 9, 1960 ---- October 16, 2022 ) The celebration of Life, Love, and Legacy for Mrs. Patricia Susan (Kiser) Sanders, 61, of Crowley, Texas will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022. The service will be held at 2:00PM at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Athens, Texas. Pastor Donald Sanders will do the Eulogistic Sermon. Interment will follow in Sandflat Cemetery under the direction of John R Harmon Undertaking Company. Mrs. Sanders' labor to her reward was November 9, 1960 in Italy, Texas to October 16, 2022 in Burleson, Texas. "Pat" as she was affectionately known, received her education in Athens Public Schools. She was a member of City of Light Ministries in Fort Worth, Texas where she served as head of the Usher Board and a choir member. She had unwavering faith and even when facing her highest mountain, Pat wanted to "see what the Lord would do." Pat was a devoted woman of God who loved the Lord and her family with all of her heart. She was a mother to anyone searching and spent a lifetime loving those who needed it most. She was a devoted friend, lent listening ears, and was extremely compassionate. No matter how much you loved her, she loved you more.She united in marriage to Homer Sanders, Jr. on November 11, 1987. The couple relocated to Arlington, Texas where they continued raising their family.Preceding Patricia in death were her parents, Fredrick and Ola Esther Kiser, two sisters, and nine brothers. A legacy of precious memories will be cherished by her husband of 34 years, Homer Sanders, Jr.; children, Tyrone Kiser, Corneilus Kiser (Emily), Ahsika Sanders Krimm (Michael), and LaDerice Sanders (Lina); five grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren whom she adored; her precious memories will forever remain in the hearts of her siblings, David Kiser (Ruby) of Dallas Tx, Ray Kiser (Helen) and Samuel Kiser (Debbie) both of Athens, TX , Emma Williams, Esther Thompson both of Athens TX, and Barbara Walker (Johnny) of Malakoff TX; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022, 2:00-8:00 PM at John R. Harmon Undertaking Co.
