Obituary For Mrs. Rebecca Adams Robinson

Augusta, Georgia- Rebecca Adams Robinson was born in Hephzibah, Georgia, on May 14, 1947, to the late Albert and Laura Mae Adams.

On October 26, 2022, Rebecca passed away peacefully at the Westwood Nursing Home facility.

She was educated in the Richmond County School System and graduated from Lucy C. Laney High School.

She worked in hospitality services at University Hospital and a had a long career in the moving and packing industry in which she really enjoyed. Rebecca had a passion for gardening and could grow anything from a small seed or a pinch from a budding plant. Most of all she enjoyed cooking Sunday meals for her family and watching a good movie on the LMN channel.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry N. Robinson, eight sisters (Dolores, Annie, Ruby, Rosa, Eloise, Josephine, Geraldine, Gloria) and three brothers (Albert, Johnny, Jett) She leaves to cherish her loving memories: sons, Tracy (Tamiko) Scott, Willie Scott, grandchildren, sister, Gladys Lee, brother, Curtis Lyons and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and sorrowing friends.

Viewing will be Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the mortuary.

Graveside service will be held Friday, November 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Walker Memorial Park, 611 Laney Walker Boulevard, Augusta, Georgia 30901.

Aunt Becky is my grandma's sister and my mom's aunt I have always loved and adored my aunt Becky. She gave a lot of love and wisdom to me in this life. We enjoy gardening and plants. On one of my visits with her she have me a plant that she thought was a nuisance because it grows fast . 4 years later I still have this plant and have shared it with friends and family who love the plant as much as I do! Thank you for your love and for the legacy that you have left us Tracy and Jr I am sorry for your loss I'm thinking of you and praying for you Love you Always
