Mr. Zantavian D. Brown, age 16, transitioned October 30, 2022. We will Celebrate the Life of Mr. Zantavian D. Brown on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 12 noon at Christ Temple RPC (1321 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd NE Rome, GA).

**Public viewing until be Friday, November 4, 2022 from 4 pm until 6 pm at the Fuenral Home.

Man there's so much stuff i can say, but this is still so shocking and every time i hear about it or someone posts about it , it feels like a shocker every time, duke you was my best friend my brother fr, i told you everything up until the night you passed, There were so many times you told me you had my back and i know you still got my back cause everywhere i go i see you , and i feel you beside me.. i really do wish i annoyed you a little bit more & and called ALOT more.. but i have alot of memories & alot of good ones, that funny laugh you have, all the energy and excitement, the time you would be so mad at me for laughin at you because you swore you wasnt funny & all i gotta say is the times at 808, i miss you duke fr and you never know how much you love that person until they are gone.. 4 Ever my twin , My dawg , My big brother.. until next time fr twin- Miracle Lilley

I didn't know "Duke" personally but my friend did and she highly respected him. I'm a retired teacher at Chattooga and I've witnessed all of Chattooga County mourning his loss in deepest of ways. We are proud he was one of us for awhile. I have been praying for his family and all who loved him. I know the pain of losing a son and only through God's Grace did I go on without him. Please reach out to CHS when you need a caring heart.

I had the pleasure of meeting Duke when he came to Chattooga. He was a joy to know - his infectious smile, outgoing personality, and never-ending ways to make someone smile. I will continue to pray for the family and friends. He will be missed terribly.

I had the pleasure of knowing Zantavian in advisement at Cass High. I remember the countless times he would come in for snacks. He had the appetite to go along with his energy. The world will definitely miss out on his personality, joy and laughter.
