Cecil possessed a quite, loving spirit and was loved by all who knew him. During his early years, he enjoyed shooting pool at JB’S, traveling, working on cars and his family will always remember him with a smile on his face and a cigar in his mouth. On Friday, October 28, 2022, the Lord called Cecil home to eternal rest. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memory, two sisters, Mrs. Betty W.
