Obituary For Forris "Sam" Black

( July 9, 1935 --- October 25, 2022 )

TYLER -- A celebration of life for Mr. Forris Black, 87, is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday November 5, 2022 at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Julius Sneed serving as eulogist. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery under the direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co. Public viewing will be held Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Forris was one of my favorite customers at Sand Flat WSC. He never remembered his bill and we'd always laugh at that. It got to be that when I saw him pulling up, I'd have his account ready to give him his total. I am sending prayers for your family. RIP Forris -Carrie Marsh-
