Mr. Victor Orlando "Snap" Watts, age 45, of Rome transitioned November 10, 2022. The Celebration of Life for "Snap" will be Friday, November 18, 2022 at 1 pm at Greater Bethlehem Temple (401 Nixon Ave SW, Rome, GA 30161). The body will lie in state from 12 noon until the funeral hour.

*The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 5 pm until 7 pm.

Victor, I saw you 2 weeks ago at my gender reveal. You told me you wouldn't be able to make it but you did anyway. If I would've known that would be my last time seeing you, we would've hung out the entire day and loved on you so much harder. You were such a genuine and uplifting person to be around. I'm going to miss our early morning FaceTime calls, the daily texts, and our food ventures whenever I come home to visit. I'm praying so hard for your family and Jayla. Remembering Victor aka "Snap" One day I was dealing with a family funeral and children were involved and I didn't know what to do. I can remember Snap walking up sitting right there with me for hours, with the children and words of encouragement for the situation.
