Elijah Jamel Carter,14, of Havelock passed, Friday, November 11, 2022 at his residence.

Viewing at the churchan hour prior to the service. His service is 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at New Commission Fellowship Church of God In Christ 600 Fontana Blvd., Havelock. The entombment will follow at Piney Grove AME Zion Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his parents Jamel Carter and Stephanie Richardson Carter; brothers, Uriah Carter, Hezekijah Carter, Ephraim Carter and Israel Carter; sisters, Sophia Carter and Jenesis Carter all of the home; maternal grandmother, Pamela Richardson and paternal grandmother, Andrea Carter; great grandfather, Willie Bell, all of Havelock.
