Obituary For Ruth Louise Dabbs

Ruth L. Dabbs, 84, of Richmond, died November 17, 2022. Surviving are two sons, Kwan Foster (Jackie) and Kiowa D. Dabbs (Renee); three grandchildren, Desiree, Shakira and Kwannya; great granddaughter, Kwanshae; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing and a memorial service will be held in Scott's Chapel on Saturday, November 26 at 2:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, November 28 at East New Hope Baptist Church, 321 Airport Drive, Danville, VA.
