My deepest sympathy in the passing of Vernell. There are so many fond memories of him over the many years, being so very kind, soft spoken, an infectious smile, and one of my extended family members. To Maryann, Joyce, Hollie, Maurice, and the entire Womble family, Take comfort in God's love during this difficult time. Continue to hold onto his unchanging hand. Allow his shoulder to be the one you will lean on, his hand to be there to wipe your tears, and his arm to be there for you to hold onto. May the memories of Vernell and all that he meant to each of you remain in your hearts forever. Please know that I will especially be remembering each of you in my thoughts and prayers during your time of berevament. Barbara Taylor, Raleigh, NC.
