Nancy Mai Richardson life came to an end on Friday, November 18, 2022 at the age of 81 at her resident 823 Rebel Circle in Franklin, Tennessee. Nancy was born on July 6, 1941 in Brentwood, Williamson County Tennessee to the parents of Lillian and Charles Hampton .

She leaves to cherish her memories devoted husband, Nathaniel Richardson of Franklin, TN; daughters, Stephanie Hockless, Nashville, Tennessee, Carmen Claybrooks, Nashville, Tennessee; son, Albert Claybrooks, Nashville, Tennessee; sisters, Jean Reed, Emma (James) Witherspoon and Doris (Terry) Richardson; granddaughters, Shannon Sawyers, and Brandy Claybrooks, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mrs. Richardson will lie in state on Friday, November 25, 2022 from 2 until 5 at Waters Funeral Home 1408 Columbia Ave. Franklin, Tennessee.

Visitation with family, Saturday November 26, 2022 from 11:00 until 12:00 at Greater Pleasant View Baptist Church, 2710 Hillsboro Road, Brentwood, Tennessee with funeral to follow. Interim Pastor, Henry A. Wilson, Jr., officiating. and Pastor, Eric D. Williams, eulogist.

Interment Rose Hill Cemetery, Brentwood, Tennessee.
