Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 10:00am at St. Paul AME Church, 6910 New Kings Road. Visitation of friends at the mortuary on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 5-7pm. Interment in Jacksonville National Cemetery.

To Ms. Betty Armstrong Family I send my sincere Prayers and Condolences to you, I Pray that GOD'S Love, Strength, Peace and Joy would Comfort and be your Portion today and for all the days ahead. What a Beautiful Lady with a Beautiful Spirit and Soul. We shared many talks about so many things along with the wonderful pictures and videos I took with and of her and of course her Book "Time to Share.. A Moment to SPARE". I am so very Grateful GOD allowed her to be in my life to drop wisdom, love and instructions that I shall forever cherish and be better because of. She loved her family and was very proud of them, her church and being in her yard. I will miss our outings to the restaurant, our phone calls and that illuminated BIG Smile that would brighten up any and every room she entered.
