Guest Book

Life destined Glenda and me to be friends, but Love made us sisters. We grew up together; we got married and shared our secrets together; we raised or families together; we worshiped together; we aged together and became church mothers together - all the while our bond of love never faulted, never broke. My sister, Betty Glover, mentioned Glenda had an uncanny love for licorice. So, I made it my duty to see that her desire was fulfilled by sending her some Licorice chewing gum some months back while she could enjoy it. It brought out that beautiful smile and made my heart happy! Glenda was my best friend ever. I loved her bound words. I'm not a talker, but she was and she was always there for me. Her beautiful personality, her smile, her desire to help you even when she was hardly able, her unwavering love for her children, her siblings, her beloved husband -Sam and her many friends made Glenda the wonderful person that she was. I will miss her SORELY. May she rest now until that great day when we all hope to get together again. Joyce Youngblood Macedonia A&P Ministries Gastonia, NC

Glenda was such a beautiful person all the years that I knew her. Her beautiful smile and dimples matched her beautiful personality. Always the one who wanted to help everyone. Her love for licorice was uncanny. Rest now, my sister in Christ. You ran a tuff race and conquered a hard battle. May God have mercy on your soul. I will always love you. Mother Betty King Glover.

We had some good times and great memories in housekeeping at the hospital. You, Ike, Marie, Ann, Penny and others basically treated me like your daughter since I was the youngest one. Im so thankful I got to tell you I love you. This is not goodbye but see you later my friend. My condolences and prayers to the Lowery family. 🙏🏾❤️
