Annette D Davis, 54 of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022, at Methodist University Hospital surrounded by her family in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Sunday, March 10, 1968, in Covington, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Lee Rutland and Laura Green Thompson. She was the wife of John Davis III. Also surviving are sons, Michael E Adams, John D Davis IV and Jonquez D Rutland Davis, daughters, Tarlyse Payne and Jontel A Dickerson (Durrel); 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild, sister; Veronica Nesbit, three brothers; Jimmie Thompson, Billy Thompson and Arnie Rutland. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:55 AM on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at R S Lewis & Sons, 3651 Austin Peay Highway, Memphis, Tennessee. Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Wednesday at R S Lewis & Sons located at 3651 Austin Peay Highway Memphis, Tennessee 38128. Interment will be in New Park Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
