Cook, Mr. Ellie, A resident of Prattville, AL departed this life on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 12:00Noon Ward Chapel AME Church, Rev. Darryl Ervin Sr, Pastor, and Pastor Rodney Mitchell, officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Cook Will lie in state on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 1-8PM with a family hour from 5-6PM at Phillips- Riley Funeral Home.

Mr. Cook will also lie in state on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at the church one hour prior to services.

NOTICE: Please be mindful that the State of Alabama and the CDC have advised that we limit gatherings and that individuals who are ill and or are at-risk (e.g., elderly, immune-compromised) should be encouraged to stay home. Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and service.
