Obituary For Rochelle Rockwell

ROCHELLE E. ROCKWELL, the daughter of the late Bessie Kelly, was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

She received her formal education in the Harrisburg School District and during her working career; she was an employee of Goodwill Industries.

“Rosie”, as she was affectionately called by family and friends, loved music and going to church. In her leisure, she enjoyed puzzle books and playing cards.

On Thursday, November 10, 2022, Rochelle E. “Rosie” Rockwell, at the age of 67 years, 11 months and 6 days, transitioned into eternal life at the UPMC Harrisburg Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sister, Bertha Kelly and her brother George Kelly. She leaves to celebrate her life, her brothers, John E. Kelly, William H. Kelly and Paul Kelly, all of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; her sisters, Angela Kelly of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Anita Rivera of York, Pennsylvania and her brother, Anthony Williams.

Rochelle's life will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton with visitation 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

COVID-19 Guidelines will be observed and mandated with face masks.
