Obituary For Helena Miller Thompson

Augusta, Georgia-Helena Miller Thompson passed away unexpectedly in Augusta, GA, November 29, 2022. Born on Octo- ber 10, 1933, in Augusta, GA, the only daughter of Rhoda Sanders Mill- er and Wilson Miller, Sr. A lifelong native of Augusta. Helena was a diligent, active member of the community serving through various organizations. Platinum member - Links, Inc., Life Pearl member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Augusta Civic Club, Les Femmes Bridge Club, New Bethlehem Community Center, and Bethlehem Center Alumni and Friends.

Helena was predeceased by her parents and three brothers. She is survived by her loving daughters and their families.

Visitation at W. H. Mays Mortuary, Monday, December 5th from 3-5 pm.

Visitation and Special Services at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Monday, December 5th, Links, Inc. 6:00pm, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. 7:00pm

Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.

Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
