Mrs. Fannie Mae Smith was born on February 9, 1934, in Dixie Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Willie Flournoy and Delia Flournoy.
Mrs. Fannie Mae Smith was a caring mother who loved her children, life and family. She will be missed greatly. Mrs. Fannie Mae Smith acknowledged a covenant with God at Beulah Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Quitman, Georgia. God whispered to her heart,
“It’s time to rest” on Friday, November 18, 2022, and called Mrs. Fannie to her heavenly home.
Mrs. Fannie Mae Smith leaves her precious memories to one son Bobby (Shirley) McCloud; two daughters Pamela Herring and Cynthia (Phillip) Prather; three children preceded her in death: John Wesley McCloud, Jr., Catherine McCloud, Martha Helen Davis; one-step daughter Louise Hill; two sons-in-law: Bobby Davis and LD Herring (preceded her in death); a host (13) of devoted grandchildren (one preceded her in death); (22) great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were Friday, November 25, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the Beulah Hill Cemetery on Tallokas Road in Quitman, Georgia with Elder Bobby McCloud officiating.
